This rubber mixing machine features exposed rollers designed for rubber factories to prepare plasticized rubber, mixed rubber, or heat-cured and extruded materials. The main working components consist of two hollow rollers or drilling rollers rotating inward in opposite directions.

The front roller (operator side) can be adjusted horizontally via manual or electric action to modify roller spacing, while the rear roller remains fixed. Both rollers typically match in size but rotate at different speeds. Material is drawn into the gap between rollers where strong shearing action achieves mastication or mixing. This equipment also serves plastic processing applications.
